Reduced bridge type support with insert already mounted, both elements in stainless steel type UCPA204, for Ø20mm shaft.


The support body of bearing in AISI 304 stainless steel protected against corrosion. High load capacity.

The bearing ball insert in stainless steel AISI 440 C. These bearings are grooved. Their outer rings have a spherical surface that is free to oscillate in the housing raceway, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the housing housing housing and compensates for any misalignment and eliminates, as far as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the housing. The bearing is fixed to the shaft by means of two screws allen hexagonal offset 120º. Easy assembly and disassembly.


The field of application of these housings with stainless steel bearings are industries, food, petrochemical, chemical, humid or saline environments, in cleaning and pressure washing equipment... with normal loads, low to medium rotation speeds.

The tightness of the bearing is guaranteed by means of a gasket composed of a stainless steel protection plate plus a rubber seal, the bearing has a gasket on each side. This protection system avoids grease leakage and any possible infiltration of contaminating agents, which is particularly indicated when there are very aggressive external agents, dust, liquids or when the machine is working outdoors.

The bearings are suitable for all applications in a temperature range from -15°C to +100°C.
