Reduction ratios: 7,5-10-15-20-25-30-40-50-60.

The powers of the usual engines at 1500 rpm are:

  • 1CV Max. net. i=40.
  • 1.5CV Reduced housing. Max Red. i=30.

Endless crown reducer of size 63, compact execution and high performance, with hollow output shaft of Ø25mm and input shaft of Ø19mm.

This reducer size supports B5 flange motors size 80, this flange size has an Outer Ø of 200mm and the reducer has an inlet shaft diameter of 19mm. PAM 200/19.

The powers of the motors at 1500 rpm usually used for this type of reducers and with higher service factor fs≥1 are:

  • 0.75HP 1500rpm. Maximum reduction I = 60.
  • 1CV 1500rpm. Maximum reduction I= 40.
  • 1.5CV 1500rpm Reduced flange. Maximum reduction I=30.

The reduction ratios (i) available are from 7.5 to 60, depending on the input revolutions we can obtain the following revolutions on the output axis shown in the following table.

Hola, buenos días, estaba interesado en comprar este reductor sin fin corona junto con un motor de 1CV de potencia monofásico, pero quería saber si es compatible la relación de reducción de 60 con ese motor ya que necesito que tenga mucho par y muy pocas revoluciones, es para una trituradora de plástico

El fabricante del reductor dice que para 1CV la máxima relación de reducción es 40 por lo tanto las revoluciones finales serán  34 rpm.
 
En el caso de necesitar menos revoluciones existe la posibilidad de poner motor, prerreductor + reductor , un prerreductor  es  1/3 por tanto las revoluciones del motor se dividen entre 3 desde auí se asocia un reductor para conseguir las rpm que necesite.
