Self-aligning oval flange bracket made in two pieces of stamped steel sheet, with Ø17mm shaft insert bearing. High load capacity.
Single-row ball bearing insert, single-sided collar and eccentric collar, made of steel and sealed with two rubber sealing caps (2RS) for sealing on both sides. These bearings are free to oscillate in the housing raceway, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the housing housing housing and compensates for any misalignment and eliminates, as far as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the housing. The bearing is fixed to the shaft by means of an eccentric ring with two hexagon socket head cap screws offset by 120°. Easy mounting and dismounting.
The field of application of these bearing housings are industrial and general applications with normal loads, low to medium rotational speeds.
The sealing of the bearing is ensured by a seal composed of a protective steel plate plus rubber sealing, the bearing has a seal on each side. This protection system avoids grease leakage and any possible infiltration of contaminating agents, which is particularly indicated when there are very aggressive external agents, dust, liquids or when the machine is working outdoors.
