Self-lubricating friction cap SF1 14x16x10mm PAP P10, PTFE interior with a sheet steel base on which a thick porous tin/bronze layer is sintered.

Used in hydraulic and mechanical cylinders, hydraulic vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agricultural machines, textile machines, printing machines, gymnastic apparatus and many other applications.

Dry sliding bushings, self-lubricating friction bushing (bearing) without maintenance and high load capacity, both static and dynamic.
During a short break-in period, minute amounts of the PTFE material are transferred from the break-in layer to the contact surfaces. Once this transfer has taken place, the characteristic low friction and wear properties of these plain bearings are achieved.
