Open-ended needle roller Cap (HK series) with two rows of cages (ZW), dimensions 16x22x22mm; inner diameter 16mm, outer diameter 22mm, length 22mm. They are designed to offer a compact and efficient solution in systems requiring high load capacity and rotation speed. These bearings have a thin outer ring, which allows them to fit into limited spaces, and are easily mounted without the need for additional axial fixation, thanks to the cage the needles are guided with extreme precision. They can be mounted without an inner ring, using the shaft as a raceway, provided the shaft has adequate hardness (58-64 HRC). They have greater radial load capacity due to the two rows of needles.

Open needle roller bearings are ideal when it is not necessary to seal both ends of the shaft. They are supplied without lubricant, but with a preservative, and may include seals for added protection against contaminants. They are widely used in applications requiring high strength components, such as in high load bearings, transmission mechanisms and industrial machinery.

These bushings have specific tolerances to ensure a precise fit and efficient operation. The shaft on which the bushing is mounted must have a minimum hardness of 58 HRC to ensure the durability and performance of the bushing. The bushing housing must have a standard tolerance of H7, which ensures a proper fit without excessive clearances, allowing correct positioning and avoiding premature wear. These tolerances ensure that the bushing functions correctly, especially in applications with high loads and speeds. It is advisable to use control rings or a centering gauge for assembly.
