Single-phase autotransformer encapsulated in resin, for voltage change, reversible, intended for voltage change. They are indicated when it is required to adapt the voltage from 230 to 400V / 400 to 230Vac, in an economic way, without galvanic separation. Their usual field of application is the use in small machinery and household appliances.

Manufactured with low-loss magnetic sheet and with wire windings of copper, providing high performance.

The transformer is supplied without any type of protection against overload, it is mandatory to install them to avoid overloading the transformer. The power and current indicated are apparent, the active current provided by the transformer will depend on the power factor of the connected load.

Nous vous confirmons que nous disposons d’un transformateur monophase de 5000 VA, modèle IP00, dont la tension d’entrée et de sortie peut être définie librement par le client au moment de la commande.

? Il est donc possible de le fabriquer avec une entrée 220 V et une sortie 260 V, ou toute autre combinaison comprise entre :

  • 100 à 500 V pour le primaire

  • 10 à 500 V pour le secondaire

Merci pour votre message.

Concernant l’autotransformateur monophase encapsulé de 5000 VA 230/400 V (référence ATI2-5000), nous vous confirmons que la tension d’entrée maximale dépend du sens d’utilisation, car il s’agit d’un transformateur réversible.

? Tensions d’entrée maximales recommandées :

  • Si utilisé de 230 V vers 400 V → tension d’entrée maximale : 253 V (limite haute conforme à la norme IEC pour une alimentation 230 V +10 %)

  • Si utilisé de 400 V vers 230 V → tension d’entrée maximale : 440 V (tolérance maximale en réseau 400 V +10 %)

⚠️ Important :

  • Ce transformateur ne possède pas de protection thermique intégrée.

  • Il est encapsulé en résine (refroidissement naturel) avec isolation classe B (130 °C) et bobinages classe N (200 °C).

  • Toute utilisation au-delà de ces tensions peut entraîner une surcharge thermique et réduire sa durée de vie.

Nous vous recommandons fortement d’utiliser une protection contre les surtensions et les surcharges en amont du transformateur.
