Self-aligning support bracket in black or white thermoplastic with already mounted insert, for 40mm diameter shaft.
The inserted ball bearing (insert) in stainless steel. Its outer rings have a spherical surface that is free to oscillate on the support track, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the support housing and compensates for any alignment defect and eliminates, as much as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the support. The bearing is fixed to the shaft using two hexagonal allen screws offset by 120º. Easy assembly and disassembly.
The field of application of these supports with bearings are industrial and general applications with normal loads, weak to medium rotation speeds.
The sealing of the bearing is guaranteed by a gasket composed of a protective steel sheet plus a rubber seal. The bearing has a gasket on each side. This protection system prevents the escape of grease and any possible entry of contaminating agents, which is particularly indicated when there are very aggressive external agents, dust, liquids or when the machine works outdoors.
The service temperature of the support is -35 ºC to + 102 ºC
