Question

Bonjour, le réducteur dimension 63 de rapport 25 est-il irréversible ? L'utilisation est un monte charge. A partir de quel rapport de réduction est-on garanti d'être irréversible ? Sinon peut-être faut-il plutôt un moteur 2800T/mn et avec réducteur de rapport 50 ? Je n'ai rien trouvé sur cette question dans vos documentations.

Bonjour.

Ce type de réducteur n'est pas adapté au levage de charges, si avec le temps et suite à l'effort la vis sans fin ou la roue à vis sans fin se détériorent, la charge tombe sans contrôle ce qui est extrêmement dangereux, pour lever des charges on utilise un autre type de réducteur, qui en cas de détérioration reste bloqué. Les machines destinées à soulever des charges doivent être fabriquées selon des spécifications très strictes pour être sûres.

Nous ne vendons que des réducteurs à vis sans fin.
