Motor vibrators are electric motors that have counterweights or unbalanced masses located at each end of their axis of rotation to generate and cause the transmission of vibrations. The rotation of these unbalanced masses generates a centrifugal force that acts on the motor shaft, which in turn is transmitted in the form of vibratory movement to a specific machine or structure.
The centrifugal force is variable depending on the position of the masses; these can be easily regulated and adjusted to vary the force and, therefore, the intensity of the vibration depending on the application for which the vibrator is intended. The motors are supplied from the factory regulated to provide 100% centrifugal force.
The use of a single vibrating motor generates a circular movement on the machine or structure in which it is located, while the use of two vibrating motors located in parallel with opposite directions of rotation generates a linear movement. The appropriate movement generated by the motor, circular or linear, will depend on the type of application in which they will be used.

IMPORTANT : All vibrating motors must have a protector installed against overloads or excess consumption (circuit breaker or motor protector). If several devices are installed together, each device must have an overload protector installed individually.
Note : Be sure to power the equipment with the proper voltage and frequency according to the equipment nameplate. Use cable with the corresponding section and connect it to the motor power terminals using the corresponding terminals. Connect the ground wire to the appropriate terminal.
Note : The surface where the vibrator is installed must have an admissible tolerance of 0.08mm, so that the surfaces of both the work and the equipment rest uniformly on each other to avoid internal stresses that could cause the base to break. or the motor legs.
