Three-phase voltage stabilizer of 45kVA (36kW) with 400Vac output, electromechanical stabilizer driven by servomotor with independent regulation per phase for the control and regulation of voltage drops and rises in the network, providing a constant output voltage.


The equipment stabilises the mains voltage within very narrow regulation margins to supply any load at its output with a clean, stable and safe voltage. It does this by continuously monitoring and sampling the input and output voltages, thus achieving the appropriate voltage to supply the connected load.

This equipment works fully automatically to regulate the voltage without user intervention, which is achieved by continuously measuring the input voltage of the network and automatically performing the necessary up/down operations to provide the constant voltage necessary for correct operation. The integrated electronic control circuit measures the input voltage, deciding which should be the stabilized output voltage by comparing it with an internal reference sample value and with the applied load. This is why stabilizers are used to supply equipment sensitive to voltage variations or to solve problems in installations with large voltage variations due to problems in the supply line.


These units consist of a variac, a servomotor that controls the variac, a display that controls the motor, and a booster transformer. The starting torque can be quickly corrected even for very small voltage changes thanks to the high DC servomotor and the control system that can respond quickly to voltage changes. Once the regulation is finished, the regulator is de-energized with the help of the highly efficient electronic braking circuit.

It incorporates manual bypass for carrying out maintenance tasks or to continue supplying the loads in the event of equipment failure, it does not distort the output sine wave. The Manual Bypass Switch should only be connected in the event of equipment failure, and thus obtain unregulated output power directly from the input power grid, and to do so the other switch must first be disconnected.
