Single-phase electric motor, 0.75kw (1HP) 230Vac 50Hz  4 poles (1500 rpm), flange type B14 x 120mm (PAM 120/19), high starting torque with centrifugal circuit breaker.

Standard single-phase electric motors for general uses, manufactured under European IEC standards in aluminium with detachable foot. Coiled in enamelled copper with class F insulation. The execution of the housing is closed, it has retainer on the output shaft that gives it a degree of protection IP55. The condenser is fully housed in the motor terminal box.

By properly positioning the connecting plates in the terminal box, the motor can rotate both right and left.

The start-up system with centrifugal circuit breaker and auxiliary starter capacitor allows for a reinforced starting torque; the system is fully automatic.

tenemos que sustituir un motor trifásico de una prensa por otro monofásico, el que lleva es un ASEA 0.75 K:W, 1 H.P., 1.370r/min. 380V.como sabemos si es alto par de arranque o no. La brida viene con cada motor o se utiliza la que lleva?, Las medidas de largo de los ejes, chavetero y agujeros de bridas son universales?. gracias. 633113210.

Buenos días,

Para sustituir un motor trifásico por otro monofásico, hay que tener en cuenta que el rendimiento de los motores monorásicos es aproximadamente un 70-75% del rendimiento en motor trifásico, es decir, que aunque los dos sean de 0,75kW, el motor monofásico tendrá menos fuerza en el eje del motor. 

Con relación al alto par, habitualmente los motores de este tipo tienen 2 condensadores en la caja de bornas.

Cada motor se suministra con el tipo de brida que usted pida (B3 patas, B5 o B14), los motores que nosotros suministramos son normalizados según IEC (Europa). Le envío adjunto con las dimensiones de los motores, usted tiene que mirar el tamaño de carcasa 80 que es el normalizado para este tamaño de motor.

Tambien tendrá que ajustar el rango de regulación de todas las protecciónes térmicas para el motor, un motor monofásico, como solo dispone de una fase, circula mas intensidad que en las fases de un motor trifásico.
