Valve of 1/2 manually operated by lever of 3 positions, closed centers, 3 fixed positions, the valve changes position when the lever is activated and remains in it until it changes position, for control of double effect cylinders, the valve has 3 positions, in one of them the cylinder advances, in the central, the cylinder stops but maintains pressure (force) not letting the air present in its outlets escape, and in the other position the cylinder is collected.
