Heating resistor for electrical cabinets 100W 230V

Heating resistor that ensures rapid and homogeneous heating inside electrical panels and cabinets. Mainly used to heat the panel when the ambient temperature is too low and thus ensure the proper functioning of its components or to prevent condensation from forming inside the panel which can cause undesirable effects on its components, such as short circuits, oxidation of the contacts and reduction of the service life of the components.

It should be installed in a vertical position (connection terminal downwards) to favor convention and combined with a thermostat or hygrostat, to avoid low temperatures or excess humidity and to maintain a minimum distance from adjacent components. As far as possible, it should be located in the lower part of the box or cabinet.

In large enclosures the best way to achieve uniform heat distribution is to incorporate several small power resistors.

The connection cables should not be in contact with the body of the heater nor should they be in direct contact with the hot air outlet.
