Multi-control control and protection panel ECO-PUMP for 1 single-phase/three-phase pump - TOSCANO

Modular control and protection panel for 1 single-phase or three-phase pump up to 12A, 230Vac supply, valid for both submersible and surface pumps. It offers built-in thermal protection of the pump against overload, underload, phase loss and excessive starting frequency. Operating mode by probe(s), float(s) or motor underload

The TPM6 control module has a multi-control display and control with automatic or manual adjustment of overload, underload and reset time in single electrode mode or in motor underload mode; it has indicator lights for functions such as pump running, low level, maximum current, minimum current, reset time or alarms for overload, underload or excessive starting frequency (> 30 starts/hour).

It also has a voltage-free input for external on/off control to safely activate or deactivate the pump via a pressure switch or level float, separate external outputs for pump operation, low level (lack of water) and main alarm, specific location and connection terminals for starter capacitor (fixing kit included), forced pump start in manual mode, storage of pump operation data such as total running hours and total number of starts. Connection for remote control by voltage-free contact.

(*) For the connection of a 230V three-phase pump to single-phase current, it is necessary to create a dummy phase to enable asynchrony in the three-phase system. For this purpose, a capacitor is connected between a phase and the end of the winding that is not supplied. In the case of submersible pumps, the manufacturer specifies the connection of the winding carrying the capacitor, as this is usually different.
